All services are provided according to the scope outlined in a proposal, invoice, contract, or written agreement.

Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client responsiveness, project complexity, revisions, and other factors outside our control.

Delays in providing content, feedback, approvals, or required materials may result in project delays.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of a project, clients agree to:

  • Provide requested information and materials in a timely manner

  • Review work and provide feedback promptly

  • Ensure all supplied content is owned by or licensed to the client

  • Maintain communication throughout the project

We are not responsible for delays caused by a lack of communication or missing materials.

Payments

All invoices must be paid according to the payment terms stated on the invoice or proposal.

Failure to make payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or termination of the project.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom digital services, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payment may still be required for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Any exceptions are made at our sole discretion.

Revisions

Revision rounds included within a project will be outlined in the proposal or service package.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

Search Engine Optimization & Advertising Disclaimer

While we use proven strategies and industry best practices, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings

  • Specific website traffic levels

  • Specific advertising results

  • A certain number of inquiries, leads, or sales

Search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, competition, and market conditions are outside our control.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the final approved website design and content created specifically for their project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dan Dutchman retains the right to display completed work within portfolios, case studies, social media, marketing materials, and promotional content.

Third-Party Platforms

Projects may involve third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:

  • Squarespace

  • Stripe

  • Google

  • Meta

  • ChatGPT and AI platforms

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dan Dutchman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
